Refunds & Returns Policy for Wax Seals

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we regret that we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your wax seal product must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Customized Wax Seals: Due to the personalized nature, custom-made wax seals cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
  • Gift Cards: Gift cards are non-refundable.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your wax seal product back to the manufacturer.

Partial Refunds

In some cases, only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):

  • Wax seal products not in their original condition, with missing parts or damage not caused by our error.
  • Any wax seal product returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. You will also be informed whether your refund is approved or rejected. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please:

  1. Recheck your bank account.
  2. Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.
  3. Contact your bank, as there might be a processing time before the refund is posted.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced wax seal products are eligible for a refund. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace wax seal items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a wax seal product for the same item, please send us an email at and mail your item to: .

Gifts

If the wax seal item was marked as a gift during purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned wax seal item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift during purchase, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and they will be informed of your return.

  • You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

For high-value wax seal products, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
